Heritage timber house: alterations & additions to this heritage timber house in Annandale including new basement and wine cellar, bathrooms, fireplaces and kitchen.

The interior bathroom & kitchen area were completely remodeled with custom made joinery. The internal walls and ceilings throughout the property were timber lined, complementing the timber floor boards, and extended to customised timber cornices, architraves and skirting boards. Through the use of both an architect & interior designer, the house is practical, beautiful and stylish. An entire room was designated as a cellar and climate controlled in the basement for optimal wine storage. A new Blackbutt deck with timber handrails was installed and the entire house was hand painted including the custom joinery. Fire rated walls were installed to the boundary wall to comply with Australian Building Codes.
