House, Paddington: a complete renovation including landscaping, timber floors, marble fireplace, new kitchen and bathroom and a first floor addition with custom Romeo & Juliet balconies. We used tessellated tiles on the front verandah to keep with Paddington's heritage, as well as new wrought iron & timber fretwork to make this house a majestic Paddington gem with a street frontage to match.
