Alexandria terrace: improving street frontage, new first floor verandah, painting, waterproofing existing exterior walls, internal plastering, new bathroom and kitchen and restoring internal doors &hardware.
The "Butterfly House", Forest Lodge: Alteration & addition of end terrace. New butterfly shaped roof with internal gutters. Polished black concrete with underfloor heating, coffered ceilings, LED lights, new kitchen, bathroom, study and internal garden.
Drummoyne apartment: renovation, transformation of third bathroom into wine cellar and study.
Woollarah heritage house: new kitchen, timber flooring, windows and doors, including restoring original double hung sash windows and creating timber serving bench from the clients own farm grown timber.
Hunters Hill house extension: extend the weather board house out towards the rear of the block to include new master en-suite & walk in robe. The extension was kept in style with the existing residence & challenges included overcoming building elements such as boundaries & fire rating.
Mosman House Alterations & Additions: transforming the first floor of the residence, HBuild installed six mortised skylights (with rain censors) to the stairwell and two new dormer windows to the existing roof line to create a luxurious master en-suite and add height to the master bedroom. Kept with environmentally designed architectural principles by installing a hydronic heating system double glazed windows & Vergola.
Forest lodge terrace: HBuild created an architecturally designed deck, laundry & store room. This stunning blackbutt deck takes full advantage of the location, with architecturally detailed doors, flued hot water system and maximum area working directly with Sydney City Councils to create a seamless extension.
Neutral bay apartments & shop: HBuild transformed two apartments & major shop renovations for St Vincent de Paul. This architectural designed project evolved fittings out the shop with LED lighting, new disabled ramps and a new shop front awning. Loading docks & decks were added to the rear of the building, while upstairs the two existing apartments were transformed in to tasteful economic investments for Vinnies.
